30-day returns

You can return your item within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

Conditions

• The item must be unused, clean and in its original condition and packaging.
• Proof of purchase (your order number) is required.

How to start a return

Email contact@meewup.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply with your return instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Return shipping costs

For change-of-mind returns, the customer pays the return shipping cost. We recommend a trackable shipping service.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

Please check your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will cover the return shipping and send a replacement or give you a full refund.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm whether the refund is approved. Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving your return.

• Card or online payments: refunds go back to your original payment method.
• Cash on delivery orders: because you paid in cash, we send your refund by bank transfer or another method we agree with you by email.

Depending on your bank, it may take a few business days for the refund to appear.

Exchanges

If you would like a replacement instead, contact us and we will arrange it.
