Products and prices

We describe our products and show our prices as accurately as we can. All prices are shown in US dollars (USD). Colours may look slightly different depending on your screen. We may change prices or stop selling a product at any time, but this will not affect orders we have already accepted.

Orders

When you place an order, you will receive an email confirming that we received it. We may contact you by phone or email to confirm your order before it ships. We may refuse or cancel an order if product or pricing information was wrong, if the item is unavailable, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will refund you in full.

Payment

The payment methods available are shown at checkout, including cash on delivery. If you choose cash on delivery, you pay the courier in cash when your order arrives. Any online payments are processed securely, and you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method you provide.

Shipping
